The Head of the State Police, Skënder Hita, declared shortly before the start of the Qyfter protest that the metal fence on the Boulevard was placed due to the Albania-Israel match.
"This part is about the security measures plan, for the match with Israel. This is a plan of measures. We will not make any changes," he said.
