Nettle soup
• 300 g of flour
• 800 g – 1 kg nettles
• 1 bunch of green onions
• 1 cup of milk tea
• 1 tablespoons flour
• Oil
• Salt
Chicken and pasta stew
• 4–5 servings of chicken
• 1 package of pasta
• 2 medium onion
• 2–3 cloves of garlic
• 1 teaspoon of sauce
• 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
• 1 cup tomato puree
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 4 allspice grains
• 1–2 bay leaves
• Oil
• Salt
• Pepper
• 1 liter of vegetable broth, meat broth or water
Warm salad with spinach and garlic
• 1 kg spinach
• 1 bunch of fresh garlic
• 1 bunch of green onions
• Fennel
• Parsley
• Oil
• Salt
• Pepper
• Lemon or orange
