The Seman River overflowed overnight, causing extensive flooding in the Libofsha area. As a result, about 20 homes in the village of Hasturkas were submerged, while the breach in the embankment yesterday evening caused the water to flow towards agricultural lands and residential areas.

According to reports from the field, the high river flows and damage to the embankment in some segments have led to the flooding of agricultural lands in several villages in the area. During midnight, water also penetrated several homes in the village of Havaleas, forcing residents to take to the streets to escape the floods.

Civil emergency teams have arrived in the area, working to monitor the situation and assist residents.
