Guest on the show "Studio24", journalist Klodiana Lala has issued a strong statement, revealing that Prime Minister Edi Rama is more afraid of SPAK's movements than of the civic revolt.
According to the journalist, the coming days are expected to bring dramatic developments that could lead to the complete seizure of the suspected counterfeit properties, a step that would bring about the immediate freezing of the entire project.
"More than the protests and what is happening, Rama is afraid of the investigation by the SPAK prosecution. I think that in the coming days there may be decisions that could go as far as the possible seizure of the property that is suspected of being falsified. Seizure automatically brings a problem, the project is completely hindered," Lala declared.
Lala has warned that this possible action by the new justice system is not far off, even giving a very close deadline. This decision would not only block the work on the ground, but would also create a major international impasse with investor Jared Kushner himself.
More than anything else, the prime minister is concerned about this specific action by prosecutors, which is expected to happen within 10 days. Such a preventive seizure would directly strike at the foundations of the agreement and create serious problems with Kushner himself, exposing the Albanian state to foreign investors due to uncertain property titles.
