Chicken with potatoes and turmeric sauce
• 500 g chicken meat
• 1 onion
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1–2 carrots
• 1 celery stalk
• 600 g potatoes
• 2 tablespoons yogurt
• 1 tablespoons flour
• 1 tablespoon turmeric
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• Salt
• Pepper
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 2 tablespoons of oil
• Parsley for serving

🟤 Halva with tahini
• 2 cups of coarse wheat flour (semolina / semolina)
• 1 tablespoon wheat flour
• 3 tablespoons butter (about 100 g)
• 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pistachios
• 1 tablespoon tahini
• 1/2 cup tahini oil
• 3 cups of milk tea
• 1 tea cup of water
• 1.5 teaspoons sugar (powdered or regular)
• Pistachios for decoration and serving
