Security measures have been taken for the five people arrested in connection with the incident that occurred at a hotel in Radhimë.
Angjelo Breshani has been placed under house arrest, while Luan Muça has been placed under mandatory reporting.
For the other three arrested, Blerim Heta, Klaudjo Lleshaj and Mandrit Lleshaj, the security measure "arrest in prison" has been set, reports journalist Agron Brataj.
Six other people have been declared wanted in connection with the incident, while investigations continue to fully document it.
