The Albanian Cup final between Egnatia and Dinamo at “Air Albania” started with a serious injury. Bakayoko's intervention injured goalkeeper Aldo Teqja, who was rushed to the hospital. The match was temporarily suspended until the ambulance returned.
We recall that Bakayoko was shown a red card for the interference. This decision was made after a VAR review.
