Today, in the studio of the show "Open Heart" by the moderator and author of the show Evis Ahmeti, a complicated family story was discussed, where love, accusations and the battle for children collide in the strongest possible way. A story that began as a courageous love, which challenged prejudices, differences and disapproval of families, has today turned into a fierce legal and emotional conflict. Three children were born from this relationship, but after only six years of living together, the relationship broke down, ending at the doors of the police and the court. Four years ago, the 41-year-old from a village in Lezha chose to make his story public in this very studio. He showed that he had accepted his wife's previous past, in the name of the love he felt for her. But his confession was followed by a fierce confrontation between the couple, where the accusations became increasingly serious, from domestic violence, parental irresponsibility, to shocking allegations of firearms use.

After the divorce, the court decided that the three children would remain in the custody of the mother, while the father enjoyed the right to visitation. But the conflict did not end there. Just a few days ago, the case took another strong turn. The children's father publicly accused his ex-wife of abandoning the three minors and leaving the territory of Albania. Based on this report, the Lezha Police initiated criminal proceedings against the 30-year-old, transferring the case to the Prosecutor's Office for further investigation.

But this is only one side of the story. In a public reaction, the mother categorically denies the accusations of abandonment. She states that she is abroad for a temporary 30-day visit, for reasons directly related to the future of her children. According to her, the children live with her and her family and she has never neglected them. Further, the woman makes strong accusations against her ex-husband, claiming that for 7 years she has faced persecution, blackmail and constant psychological pressure. According to her, he has not contributed financially to the upbringing of the children since the day of separation and his denunciations are repeated and, according to her claims, untrue. Her sister has also reacted in support of her, emphasizing that the children have been left in the care of their grandmother and that the accusations of abandonment are unfounded, raising concerns about prejudice and pressure on women in such situations. The sister of the mother of 3 children claimed on the show that the one claiming custody is a 'pseudo-father'.
