The Shkodra police have arrested one of the perpetrators suspected of participating in the rape of the director of the Shkodra AKU. A citizen with the surname Elis Çela, a resident of the “Kiras” neighborhood in Shkodra, has been arrested. This citizen detained by the Shkodra police is suspected of being the person who sent the other person who hit the director of the Haderi AKU with a hard object in a vehicle.

Meanwhile, the Shkodra police have also identified the other person suspected of being the main perpetrator of the rape of Director Haderi and has been declared wanted while efforts are underway to find and capture him.

The incident occurred on May 21 in the evening hours when in the "Rus" neighborhood, the director of the AKU, Ramir Haderi, was hit by a person and then fled in an unknown direction. Director Haderi received a wound to his eyebrow and after treatment at the hospital, he left home.

A day after the incident, Director Haderi reacted by saying that nothing will stop him. His rape is suspected to have occurred because of his duty, while the citizens involved in this incident are suspected to be paid individuals and that the perpetrators are others. The police continue their work to fully investigate the incident.
