DP Chairman Sali Berisha shared today how he learned of the dismissal of Elisa Spiropali as Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, a few weeks before Prime Minister Edi Rama made the decision.
During a conversation with followers on social media, Berisha said that Spiropal's dismissal came after the latter did not defend Balluk in meetings with internationals.
"You have noticed how Rama has become her main lawyer, even in the courts. Something that Spiropali did not take on. Spiropali, in every meeting, the first issue was the Balluku case, Spiropali expressed himself in an evasive manner so that justice would not be obstructed, and all of this from her companions went to Rama and Lubia. I had warned him that I had heard about it," Berisha said.
Sali Berisha: As is clear, in all actions, Lubia, like a man beaten with oil and vinegar, has Rama as a slave because their thieving, corrupt activity is also 25 years old. She has been the main assistant in all of Rama's thefts in the municipality and they have reached, according to the OSCE report, 200 million euros in offshore banks, which Rama could never refute this accusation. In this context, to tell the truth, it is Lubia who completely commands Rama.
And you have noticed how Rama has become her main advocate, whether in court, in public, or anywhere, something that Spiropali did not take on. Because Spiropali in her meetings, where in every meeting, the first issue raised was the Balluku issue, Spiropali did not express that she is innocent, but expressed evasively that she hopes that justice will not be obstructed and all of this from her entourage went directly to Rama and Lubia. And I had warned this for a long time that I found out and there will be others. That none of these who meet with foreigners, those who beat their chests in parliament and become her advocates, in foreign meetings do not say a word in her defense, but hint that everything is from her connection with Rama to the extent that the entire international community is surprised at what connection.
But they are wrong about one thing, the international community. All those who think that in the variety of connections, some are primary, I tell them that the most terrible, most insoluble connections are connections in crime. And any allusion to other connections is wrong. Lubi Balluku's connection with Edi Rama is a connection in crime. This is the whole problem, that's why he can't let go. And there will be other heads. How did this Tao shut up? He chose Oltion Bistri's recordings. She has been engaged in a black eavesdropping activity against them like no other. And she has eavesdropped on Rama in every direction.
