Avdyl Krasniqi, Jakup Krasniqi's brother, has reacted to the decision made by the Special Court in The Hague. According to him, the decision was not based on evidence but only on words, and he called the decision meaningless and completely unreasonable.
"Someone else is deciding on behalf of the people of Kosovo. We hope another level will consider it more reasonably," he said.
Jakup Krasniqi was found guilty of war crimes, including arbitrary detention, cruel treatment, torture and unlawful killings, and was sentenced to 25 years in prison.
