The Divjaka resistance has entered its 17th day in the city's main square. The Divjaka residents are protesting against the territorial-administrative reform that envisages the merger of their municipality with Lushnje, and according to them, there is no reason and no conditions are met for this to happen.

The protesters who took the floor on the evening of the 17th of the protest called for greater support from the citizens and the elite of Divjaka to be more visible and to show the creators of this reform that they see this merger as political.
History, tradition, identity, and economic capacities all speak against reform!

The nightly march through the city streets also closed the 17th day of the Divjaka protest against the merger of the Divjaka municipality with Lushnje.
