Dollma with sauerkraut and meat pieces
• 700 gr sauerkraut leaves
• 300 g meat cut into small pieces
• 2 medium onion
• 1 cup of rice tea
• 1 teaspoon red pepper
• 1 glass of wine
• Salt and pepper to taste
For the sauce:
• 1 chopped tomato (or tomato puree)
• 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
• 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Marmalade-filled muffins
• 550–600 g flour
• 1 cup of milk tea
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 100 g of butter
• 1 eggs
• 1 teaspoon dry yeast
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup of marmalade
