Even today, a group of young people protested in front of the Special Prosecution Office (SPAK), demanding investigation and justice for some of the most discussed issues of recent years.

The young people showed up with banners in their hands, through which they asked SPAK not to forget the files that, according to them, have not yet received a final answer from justice. The banners mentioned, among others, the Durrës Port file, the McGonigal case, the Zvërnec project, the patronage workers and the incinerators.

Protesters have demanded that justice institutions investigate what they consider to be mismanagement and corruption, also calling for criminal liability for officials they believe are involved in these matters.

This is not the first protest by this group of young people in front of SPAK. On several previous occasions, they have gathered in front of the institution demanding the investigation of senior government officials, as well as the arrest of Prime Minister Edi Rama and former Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku.

The repeated protests aim to keep the much-discussed files in public attention and pressure justice institutions to provide answers on the investigations and the responsibilities that may arise from them.

The young people have warned that they will continue to demand transparency and justice for issues they consider unresolved.
