Activist Aleks Vulaj, in a statement for television News24 from Milan, conveyed the strong message of the diaspora and protesters against the government cabinet led by Edi Rama, insisting on the establishment of a technical government to guarantee the future of the country.

During his speech, Vulaj emphasized that the civic revolt demands the restoration of the rule of law and that the prime minister's reactions show that the government is in a state of panic and without a way out.

The activist emphasized that the creation of a technical executive is feasible and remains the only guarantee for moving towards European standards:

"We demand a technical government, the fall of Edi Rama's power. We want a state, not power. We definitely see the organization of a technical government possible. This gives us strength and hope. We will move towards the great European dream. The Prime Minister's reactions are negative because he sees himself in a trap and does not know how to escape."

Vulaj indicated that the diaspora's resistance will not be limited to rallies abroad, but will move directly to Albania with radical reactionary measures if their demands continue to be ignored:

"We here in Milan will continue the protests, but we will also come to Albania. Either we will go on a hunger strike if we do not receive a reaction, or there will be non-stop protests! The infrastructure will be blocked and there will be an escalation if there is no reaction."
