Analysts Agim Baçi speaking in "Opinion" in News24 Regarding the "champion of the anti-corruption fight" award for the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, he said that it is an appreciation given to the entire structure.

Baçi said that SPAK is disrupting the comfort of those who thought they were untouchable, which is why we have attacks from both sides against the Special Prosecution Office.

"Edi Rama declares that he supports SPAK, but in reality we have a decline in state institutions supplying the Prosecution with documents. We must know that Dumani is not a cowboy, but it is the institutions that must cooperate. The prosecutor himself has declared that there is a decline in denunciations from institutions," said Baçi.

While Endri Shabani from Nisma Thurje said that what Altin Dumani is doing has a personal cost for him, but is doing the public a great good. "Dumani is waging an extraordinary war, the Americans, the British, the EU support him, but Albanians must also support him with their votes. Because Altin Dumani does not make laws, he implements the laws that these others who are investigating SPAK approve. What can Dumani do tomorrow if those who are in Parliament make changes to the Criminal Code, remove two or three articles that he is using to prosecute the corrupt? Albanian voters must do with their votes what Dumani is doing in justice", said Shabani.
