The doctor was arrested after a 21-year-old woman filed a complaint against surgeon N. Nunka. According to information, the 21-year-old woman was taken to the emergency room due to abdominal pain and vomiting, and after medical examinations, it was decided to perform an appendectomy.
According to the girl's complaint, it is said that the 72-year-old doctor, who was her surgeon, sexually harassed her by touching her private parts under the pretext of a medical check-up.
The 21-year-old woman is hospitalized in Korça, while a report has been filed by the Korça police, where the 72-year-old man was subsequently escorted and arrested.
It is expected that the surgeon will be released in a secure location where the court will decide on this matter.
