A serious incident occurred in the village of Sinë, in the Arras Administrative Unit, Dibër Municipality, where a 31-year-old man lost his life while fishing in the Black Drini River.
According to preliminary police information, citizen EK, 31 years old, is suspected of having come into contact with electricity while fishing, losing his life as a result of the electric shock.
The 31-year-old's body is being transported for forensic examination.
Meanwhile, the investigation team is at the scene and is continuing to work to document the case and fully clarify the circumstances of the incident.
