It has been proven that babies who are born by cesarean section are less intelligent.

Babies who are born naturally have higher IQs compared to those born by cesarean section at "forced" term, say Yale University scientists.

The cause is the protein UCP 2, which affects intelligence, while its level is higher in the brains of children born naturally or children born by cesarean section if the birth began in the natural course.

The short-term and long-term memory of the child, later the person, depends on this protein, which is key to the level of intelligence.

These results are very important, because in the last decade there is an expansion of cesarean births, but not for health reasons, and in babies who, through contractions, have signaled that they are ready to come out into this world, but the majority of mothers have understood this operation as an opportunity to determine the date and time of their children's birth.

Gynecologists mainly emphasize that when the pregnant woman enters the ninth month and the baby is formed, it is exactly the same as when it will be born, and they schedule the cesarean according to their intuition or the future mother's desire.

However, scientists have now proven that this is negatively expressed in intelligence and, unless there are health reasons, natural contractions should always be expected.
