In the investigative show "Tak Fak" on News24 A complaint has been filed by citizen Hajet Braçe, who claims that part of his land was stolen by his brother, Bashkim Braçe.
The incident occurred in the village of Zharrës, Fier, while both brothers are equipped with relevant property documentation; Hajeti has an AMTP, while Bashkimi has a property certificate.
According to Hajeti, Bashkimi has moved the boundaries of his plot, encroaching on about 1 dunya of land that belongs to him. For this reason, conflicts between the two brothers have been going on for a long time.
Hajeti says he has repeatedly complained to the Patos Municipality. According to him, some time ago, a team of surveyors from the Municipality conducted measurements and found that a piece of land was missing from his plot, but they did not compile a report.
Meanwhile, Bashkimi claims that his land is regular and there is not a single meter more or less than what is due to him, although to our microphone, he claims that when the measurement was done, his brother's land turned out to be deficient.
Hayet showed the boundaries of his land, as well as the portion he claims was taken from him by his brother.
Then the show went to Mr. Bashkim Braçe's apartment. The debate between the two brothers lasted about 30 minutes and was accompanied by mutual accusations, insults, physical clashes and to some extent even threats such as 'Hajeti tells Bashkim 'I'll stab you with a knife', or curses like 'fuck, fuck, you hound, get out.' Hayjeti grabs the chair, in his brother's yard, to hit him. Bashkim's wife was also involved in the conflict, from time to time.
During the debate, Bashkimi admitted that he had not allowed the measurements to be taken on his plot and left. However, neither side backed down from their claims.
