A 44-year-old man identified as Ilir Biba has been arrested by Durrës Police after he forcibly stole a woman's bag on the street.
The Blues have seized the 54-year-old's bag as evidence.
The perpetrator is charged with the criminal offense of "Theft by force".
Police have shared footage from the moment of the robbery, showing the 44-year-old man forcibly pulling the woman's bag, knocking her to the street.

The services of the Durres Police Commissariat, immediately after the notification that on "Mujo Ulqinaku" street, a citizen had forcibly stolen the handbag of a 54-year-old woman, have organized work with the aim of identifying and capturing the perpetrator.
As a result of rapid investigative actions, it was possible to identify and capture the suspected perpetrator of the theft, citizen IB, 44 years old, resident of Durrës, who at the end of the actions was arrested for the criminal offense of "Theft by force".
The 54-year-old's bag was seized as material evidence.
The procedural materials were handed over to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the Durrës General Jurisdiction.
