The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has stated that Ergys Agasi continues to move freely in Tirana, despite the security measure "prison arrest" being imposed on him.
During a public statement, Berisha stated that, according to the "digital citizen", Agasi was seen driving his vehicle and heading towards Surrel.
"Ergys Agas continues to circulate, completely free and according to the digital citizen, he was seen in his car, not in Rama's escort as he was before, but he was seen fleeing to Surrel. Is he hiding in Surrel or did he go to a meeting there, I cannot say this, but I can tell you for sure that Agas, against whom the arrest measure will also be lifted, I tell you, because Rama and Sadushi are freeing him from this measure," he said.
