The person you see in the photo is Shtjefën Ziçi, the perpetrator of the murder of his wife in Shkodra.
The incident occurred at 13:00 PM on the eastern ring road of the northern city.
A 62-year-old man shot his wife, 55-year-old Bardhe Ziçi, with a shotgun.
The latter lost her life at the scene, in the outer courtyard of her apartment. The circumstances of the incident are still unknown, while the perpetrator has been arrested.
