The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, appeared today at a media conference where he made strong accusations against Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku and Prime Minister Edi Rama, describing the latter as completely politically dependent on her.

According to him, Rama seeks to protect Balluk at all costs, since she, according to Berisha, guarantees support for him even if he is in difficulty. He also mentioned what he called Balluk's latest act, the request for the removal of Elisa Spiropali from the post of Foreign Minister, claiming that there are clashes and internal intrigues between them.

Berisha stressed that these are not simply personal conflicts, but according to him, they show Balluk's "omnipotence" over Rama. "She has accomplished everything, as evidenced by 6500 messages in the file. Rama has carried out her orders," he declared.
