MP Redi Muçi, in his speech in the Assembly, raised concerns regarding the citizen protest being held outside the Assembly premises.

He requested that representatives of the three groups protesting for their rights be invited to the Assembly and their concerns be heard.

He also underlined that the government is mired in scandals and corruption, emphasizing that if "it is not afraid of Molotov cocktails, it should fear the hatred of the people."

"I would like to draw your attention to the fact that today's session has started with the protest of three groups, Rrjoli, Durrës and the group of former miners protesting for the miners' statute. The representatives ask to be present at the session and express their positions. It has never happened that a government is so legitimized with scandals and so violent with citizens. The more you immerse yourself in corruption and fight the justice system, the more violent we become. I suggest that if you are not afraid of Molotov cocktails, beware of the hatred of the people. I suggest that in the name of dignity we start the session with the resignation of your government and apologize for what you have done to the country and invite representatives of social groups to the session," he said.
