The unsportsmanlike gesture towards the fans in the match against Partizan cost Albano Aleksi dearly. The Disciplinary Committee sentenced the Egnatia midfielder to a two-match suspension. As always, this time there were also fines for the clubs:
- KF Teuta, for the misconduct of the spectators, lighting flares and violating the security inside the stadium, based on articles 17/1 and 17/2/c of the KDE, is fined 100.000 (one hundred thousand) lek.
- KF Vllaznia, for improper behavior of spectators, lighting flares and other pyrotechnic devices as well as violating security inside the stadium, based on articles 17/1 and 17/2/c of the KDE, is fined 100.000 (one hundred thousand) lek.
- KF Egnatia player, Albano Aleksi, for provocation of spectators, based on article 14/1/f of the KDE, is sentenced to 2 (two) matches suspension from activities.
- KF Vora, for failing to take security measures, causing incidents after the end of the match, based on article 17/1 of the KDE, is fined 50.000 (fifty thousand) lek.
- KF Vora official, Bazio Tragaj, for attacking match officials, based on article 14/1/l of the KDE, is sentenced to 6 (six) months suspension from all activities organized by the Albanian Football Association.
In accordance with Article 6/2/c of the KDE, the official is prohibited from entering all stadiums and sporting events organized by the Albanian Football Association (AFHA) until the end of the sentence.
- FC Lushnja official, Marjus Sula, for violent behavior and threats towards match officials, based on articles 14/1/h and 14/1/k of the KDE, is sentenced to 6 (six) months suspension from all activities organized by the Albanian Football Association.
In accordance with Article 6/2/c of the KDE, the official is prohibited from entering all stadiums and sporting events organized by the Albanian Football Association (AFHA) until the end of the sentence.
- FC Lushnja player, Oltjam Haremi, for provocation of spectators, based on article 14/1/f of the KDE, is sentenced to 2 (two) matches suspension from activities.
- FK Apolonia, for improper behavior of spectators, throwing objects on the playing field, based on article 17/2/b of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50.000 (fifty thousand) lekë. According to article 76/1/b of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 20%.
- FK Apolonia player, Ersildjo Asllanaj, for violent behavior towards players of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/h of the KDE, is sentenced to 4 (four) matches of suspension from activities.
- KF Klosi, for failing to appear more than once in the matches valid for the Third Category National Championship, based on article 16 of the KDE, loses the match on the table with the score 3-0 against Vllaznia B.
Based on Article 30/1 of the Football Activity Regulations, KF Klosi is excluded from the competition and relegated to a lower category, deducting 6 points in the following season.
- Eagle Football official, Andi Matraxhiu, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is sentenced to 5 (five) matches suspension from activities.
- Eagle Football player, Samuel Vrapi, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is sentenced to 4 (four) matches of suspension from activities.
- KF Maliqi player, Rudens Muçollari, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is sentenced to 4 (four) matches of suspension from activities.
- KF Maliqi official, Ervis Avdolli, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards opposing players, based on article 14/1/b of the KDE, is punished with a 2 (two) match suspension from activities.
- KF Oriku player, Xhuljano Mirani, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards opposing players, based on article 14/1/b of the KDE, is punished with a 2 (two) match suspension from activities.
- FK Tomori player, Theodhor Buda, for violent behavior towards opposing players, based on article 14/1/h of the KDE, is sentenced to 4 (four) matches of suspension from activities.
- KF Delvina, for improper behavior of spectators, throwing objects on the playing field, based on article 17/2/b of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50.000 (fifty thousand) lekë. According to article 76/1/b of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 20%.
- Lushnja Vajza, for abandoning the valid match of the Girls' Championship, against KF Gramshi Vajza, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100.000 (one hundred thousand) lek and the result of the match is left in force. According to article 76/1/d of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 5%.
- KF Skënderbeu U-18 player, Gazmend Lamallari, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards players of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/b of the KDE, is punished with a 2 (two) match suspension from activities.
- FC Dinamo City U-18 player, Kevin Mehmeti, for unsportsmanlike conduct towards players of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/b of the KDE, is sentenced to a 2 (two) match suspension from activities.
- The U-14 Football Academy, for activating players who are not eligible to play in the valid match of the Second Category U-14, Tirana Regional Zone, against Etien Academy U-14, based on articles 19/2 and 19/4/a of the KDE, loses the match on the table with the score 3-0.
- FC Internacional U-16, for abandoning the valid match of the Abyssnet Superiore U-16 Championship, against KF Shënkolli U-16, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100.000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
- Opening of a disciplinary investigation regarding the possible activation of players who are not eligible to play for the KF Devolli-Bylis B match.
- Acceptance of the request of Luzi i Vogël 2008 and the restart from the beginning of the match between KF Tërbuni – Luzi i Vogël 2008, interrupted due to weather conditions, as it is objectively impossible to continue/resume the interrupted match in accordance with Article 16 of the KDE.
- Rejection of the U-14 Football Academy's request as unfounded in the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
