The opposition protest has started in front of the Municipality of Tirana, where the resignation of the mayor Erion Veliaj is demanded.
As seen from the footage provided for BalkanWeb by journalist Osman Stafa, protesters have placed several old tires on top of each other.
We recall that the first protest involved burning old tires, while the police responded with tear gas. For more, see the footage.
