The perpetrator of the armed robbery at a currency exchange point in the "Concord" center in Tirana has been identified by the authorities.
It is reported that he is 42-year-old Luan Maçi.
The robbery took place in the early hours of this morning, while the perpetrator was arrested just moments ago by the police.
