A serious incident occurred in the village of Arst, in the municipality of Fushë-Arrëz, where a married couple was raped by still unidentified persons.

According to preliminary information, the perpetrators ambushed Skënder Nikë and Bardhe Nikë on the street and raped them, then physically assaulted the couple. The full circumstances of the incident remain unclear, while the police have launched investigations to identify and capture the perpetrators.

Preliminary sources indicate that one of the main leads in the investigation is related to suspicions of revenge, as the couple is suspected of having previously reported plots cultivated with narcotics in the area.
