The State Department has responded to "News24" and has confirmed the removal of the "non-grata" for former Prime Minister Sali Berisha.
The reaction to "News24";
"The Department of State has issued exemptions to some of the determinations under section 7031(c) that were imposed by the previous administration, as granting these exemptions serves a compelling national interest of the United States," the response states.
