The citizen with the initials EL is accused of the criminal offenses of "Intentional damage to election material", "Opposition of a public order police officer", "Organization and participation in illegal gatherings and demonstrations" and "Disturbance of public peace".

"The Crime Investigation Specialists of the Durrës Police Station detained the wanted citizen EL, 45 years old, resident of Burrel, after the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Durrës, with the decision dated 13.01.2026, sentenced him to 2 years in prison, for the criminal offenses of "Intentional damage to electoral material", "Opposition of a public order police officer", "Organization and participation in illegal gatherings and demonstrations" and "Disturbance of public peace".", explains the police.
