In today's testimony given at the court session, Ervis Martinaj's father, Mustafa Martinaj, said that since 2008 his son has been dealing in lottery tickets with a license and that his obligations were 100% paid, both by the company and local ones.
During his testimony, he said that in 2018 he went to live with his entire family, deciding to flee Tirana. He also emphasized that he lived in Laç until the day of his disappearance, August 9, 2022.
