IdentiTek has announced a new Customer Service number, where citizens can contact for information and assistance regarding biometric document services.

The new contact number is +355 4 451 9999.
Customer Service will be available from Monday to Friday, during business hours. 08:30 AM – 16:30 PM.

IdentiTek Administrator, Silda Anagnosti Cepe, stated that the change aims to improve communication with citizens.

"This change is part of our ongoing commitment to being closer to citizens and to providing the highest quality service," she emphasized.

According to IdentiTek, improving communication channels and facilitating access to information are part of the ongoing work to make interaction with citizens simpler, more direct and efficient.
