Former candidate for MP on the open list of the Democratic Party of Albania (DP) in the Durrës district, Aulon Kalaja, accused Prime Minister Edi Rama of hiding the real reason for the dismissal of the former General Director of the State Police, Ilir Proda.
Kalaja said that the real reason is his connection to the crime, also confirmed by SPAK, which also has a video of Proda's meeting with Ergys Agas.
"We know very well that he was dismissed for a video that SPAK has and where it is seen that he is in a meeting with Ergys Agas. He is directly involved and is being denied to Albanians. The Prime Minister knew very well and he knows other videos that SPAK has, even sexual videos. But Taulant Balla should be asked about this," said Kalaja.
Aulon Castle: Today we have a police director who hasn't been told the truth about why he was fired.
We know very well that he was dismissed for a video that SPAK has and where it is seen that he is in a meeting with Ergys Agas. He is directly involved and is being denied to the Albanians. The Prime Minister knew very well and he knows other videos that SPAK has, even sexual videos. But Taulant Balla should be asked about this.
Have we ever had a police director before who has direct ties to organized crime and has periodic meetings and meets with the bandit?
There will be videos of even sexual content for different directors, but Taulant Balla should be asked about this.
