The meeting of the SP parliamentary group has begun, where the Socialists' report on SPAK's request to lift Belinda Balluku's immunity will be presented.

The Socialists' report, like the Democrats', will be voted on during the parliamentary session on Thursday, March 12.

Taulant Balla: On Friday, we submitted the report to the Assembly. On December 16, 2025, SPAK submitted a request to the Assembly, which was passed for review by Pelesh.

In the Mandates Council, each MP has their own right to make an assessment. We, the 5 MPs members of the Council, Peleshi, Maja, Çuçi and Çomo, have prepared a recommendation material that will be presented as a summary by Ulsi Manja.
