The US President's special envoy, Steve Witkoff, spoke about the talks he held with the Russian representative.
He stressed that his talks today with Russian President Vladimir Putin's Special Representative for Investment and Economic Cooperation, Kirill Dmitriev, went very well.
"They were very positive," Witkoff said, according to international media.
Trump's son-in-law, Jared Kushner, was also present at this part of the meeting.
