DP leader Sali Berisha, in a statement to the media after SPAK's appearance, stated that the refusal to lift Belidna Balluku's immunity following the Special Prosecution's request for her arrest is not because the head of government is trying to protect the former minister.

According to him, the prime minister is trying to protect himself and his involvement in several files that, according to Berisha, are already under investigation.

"To think that Rama even protects Balluk means to deceive yourself 100 times. Rama only protects himself and his thefts and his Lindas, because he is involved in several files," he said.
