Analyst Fatos Lubonja has reacted to Prime Minister Edi Rama's statements regarding the debate over the Zvërnec project, accusing him of abandoning the vision that once united them and of favoring interests linked to organized crime.
Speaking in a television interview, Lubonja recalled her early relationship with Rama, saying that the two were united by a common vision for the development of the country and Tirana.
He also rejected Rama's statement that he "lives with the mafia nightmare," distinguishing between the nightmare and real fear. According to Lubonja, Albania is facing an expansion of the influence of criminal groups in public spaces and in the country's economic development.
"This has left the ground to organized crime. Tomorrow we will not be able to enter Zvërnec as free people. Everything is being occupied. Public property is being given to private individuals and clients connected to the criminal oligarchy and organized crime," the analyst declared.
Fatos Lubonja: Today he said that "he took me by the throat there" yes, and he said that "Lubonja is no longer my friend because she twists everything to her heart's content."
