Publisher Bujar Hudhri revealed on the show This Week on News 24 that Ismail Kadare had a special respect for former president Alfred Moisiu.
According to Hudhri, Kadare also included Moisiu in the poem "Tirana in Winter", singling him out for his correctness and passion for order in the state.
The brilliant writer, known for his discipline, often expressed concern about the chaos and lack of seriousness in Albanian politics.

This is because Kadare himself, being a brilliant writer with an iron discipline, probably sees in him what the state should be correct, he wanted to have discipline in the state. In Albanian politics he also saw cacophony, narrow interests, servility or momentary interests and he has always been concerned.
