The civic protest against the government enters its 120th day today, while activists and citizens are expected to gather again in the square to express their opposition to the government and Prime Minister Edi Rama.
Protesters continue to demand the resignation of Prime Minister Rama, listing this as one of their main demands. In addition, protesters are also demanding the establishment of a transitional government, which they say should lead the country during a transitional period.
Their list of demands also includes the repeal of several laws that activists consider contrary to the interests of Albanian citizens. Protesters say the movement will continue in the coming days, with demands for political and institutional changes.
Meanwhile, a day earlier, activists made another appeal to SPAK, demanding the arrest of Prime Minister Edi Rama and the seizure of his assets.
The protest has continued for 120 consecutive days, while organizers and participants say they will not back down from their demands.
