Ulsi Manja, at the meeting of the Socialist Party parliamentary group, spoke, among other things, regarding SPAK's statement that Belinda Balluku has threatened witnesses.

He stated that in the report presented by the Special Prosecution Office there is no fact that proves this claim, while adding that there is no evidence that "strongmen" and members of her cabinet were used.

Ulsi Manja: Tampering with evidence, the reason was because Balluku is no longer in office. Today there is no charge of obstruction of justice. There is no indication that Balluku used her influence to tamper with evidence. We were presented with a record of two citizens talking to each other regarding the testimony that one of these citizens gave to SPAK on the investigation. She claims that this witness was intimidated. This does not result from the record or from the testimony, that she was threatened by Balluku or her cabinet, which is an abstract option.

Regarding the witness, it is important to say that she has the status of a defendant in the proceedings, and according to the Code of Criminal Procedure, her statements are taken with reservation. She is not responsible for her statements.
