A citizen, in his speech before the Prime Minister's Office, stated that Prime Minister Edi Rama is not concerned about farmers, ranchers, or people with disabilities who cannot make a living, but is ashamed of a concert.
He said that Rama's departure has been peacefully demanded for 41 days and hopes that the country will not descend into civil war like in 1997.
He also said that Rama's resignation is non-negotiable.

"The protest continues on the 41st day with the same enthusiasm to bring down Edi Rama and his denigrating staff. Rama is not ashamed if people with disabilities do not have even the most minimal things to live, that farmers are embarrassed to cover their expenses, he is not ashamed that he sold the Ballsh factory for scrap metal, but he is ashamed of a concert. He is not ashamed that Albanians are leaving and leaving their owners alone, because his social spirit does not exist.
Rama uses the vote for seats and to oppress the people.
We must demand his resignation without negotiations, for 13 years he has been behaving like a king, he has lost touch with the people.
We will always be here to peacefully demand his resignation.
I hope that Albania does not come to the days of 97, not because the people do not dare, but we demand that the prime minister be removed from his duties, so we must be here.
"We do not agree with theft and corruption," he said.
