Democratic Party leader Sali Berisha stated that in the process held yesterday at the High Prosecutorial Council for the election of the new head of SPAK, the Constitution was implemented.

He stated that the KLP was misogynistic as long as it did not give any votes to the only female candidate in the race.

"Yesterday the Constitution was implemented. He was not elected as the first with 5 votes that were unconstitutional and he could not stay in office for a single day. There was a lady there who shows that that KLP group is misogynistic, they did not give her a single vote. She did not go to the KLP herself, the commission sent her," he said.
