Kosovo held its next training session today as part of preparations for the friendly match against Andorra, which will take place on June 7, at the "Fadil Vokrri" stadium.
Even in this training session, they worked with dedication, high discipline and good rhythm, while the atmosphere in the Dardanian camp remains very positive. Coach Franco Foda, together with his staff, is continuing to work on the tactical aspect and on the best possible preparation of the team for the next match.
After training, footballers Ron Raçi and Veldin Hoxha talked about the atmosphere in the team, the analysis of the previous match and the goal of a better performance against Andorra.
Ron Raçi emphasized that the team must put the loss to the Czech Republic behind them.
"We have to put the loss behind us and focus on the next game. We are working very well with the coach and every training session is going on with good intensity. The group is very good, we are all working hard and I believe we will approach this match differently. We will play at home, in front of our fans, and I hope that with a good performance we will reward them with a victory", said Raçi.
He also spoke about the feeling of returning and the opportunity to contribute to the Dardanelles jersey.
"When you get the chance to play for the national team, you have to give your best. It's a great feeling to be here again. Whenever I get the chance, I will try to show myself and give 100 percent of myself," he added.
Meanwhile, Veldin Hoxha announced that the team has analyzed the match against the Czech Republic and is aware of the things it needs to improve.
"We have analyzed the match against the Czech Republic. We had good moments, but also bad moments. We know what we need to do better and in the next match we will give everything to play better and win the match," declared Hoxha.
He added that, despite Andorra being seen as an easier opponent compared to the Czech Republic, the National Team will treat the match with maximum seriousness.
"Andorra may seem like an easier opponent than the Czech Republic, but it is not. We will prepare maximally and we will do everything to win this match," emphasized Hoxha.
During today's training, goalkeeper Arijanet Muriç felt discomfort in his right hamstring. The national team's medical staff will conduct the necessary examinations to determine if it is an injury that could keep him out of the game.
The Dardanelles will continue their preparations in the coming days, with the aim of putting on the best possible performance in front of their fans at the "Fadil Vokrri" stadium.
