DP leader Sali Berisha has called on citizens to join the national protest on March 22.

In a press conference from the Blue House, the leading democrat said that March 22 is the opportunity for citizens to take their destinies into their own hands and show their revolt and anger against what he called the "narco-regime."

"Everything is heading towards the consolidation of the narco regime and it is only Albanians who will take their fate into their own hands. March 22 is the day of the most powerful uprising, so I invite every Albanian to the streets and squares of Tirana to show our revolt, anger, and contempt for the regime," he said.
