Although it is part of the Skuraj-Peshkopi national axis, the Shupenza – Topojan Bridge – Maqellarë segment is completely depreciated.

With deep potholes along its entire length, this is the only road that connects the area with Arbrit Road, while the company "Alko-Impex" with administrator Arbër Abazi does not take any measures for its maintenance and reconstruction.

Outraged, drivers say that the taxes they pay are not being returned as investments for the area, adding that the potholes and cracks that the road has suffered are a source of accidents.

This segment is in the B contract for road maintenance of the Center-Northeast Region, a contract which has a fund of 14 million euros.
