Shega is the owner of several companies such as Viola Green and Wonder Green.

Companies through which he had also won tenders for cleaning several cities, while it turns out he is a character with strong connections in politics. But while in Albania he was hiding behind the mask of a successful businessman, the SPAK investigation revealed that he was a financier of international cocaine trafficking.

One of the episodes for which he is suspected concerns the trafficking of a large amount of cocaine from the port of Ecuador on December 13, 2020.

The drug, which had as its final destination the port of Antwerp in Belgium, was found hidden in the hold and deck of the ship on which it was to travel to Europe.

According to Ecuadorian authorities, the drugs found packed inside this ship were divided into 930 brick-shaped packages.

With a net weight of 925 kg, which bore the logos 'Erking', '74' as well as the image of a shoe. From which further, thanks to the testing carried out, it emerged that the suspected substance seized was of the type cocaine.

But if at this time it was not found who this drug belonged to, it would take several years to learn who the real customers of this significant amount of cocaine were.

This is because, as we said, the large quantity of drugs that, once they passed through Belgium, would have supplied the cocaine market in Europe, never made it past the port of Guayaquil in Ecuador.

And one of the orderers of this quantity of drugs, appeared to be Suel Çela. Who carried the pseudonym 'SS' in this application which seems to have been the initials of his generals.

As well as Marsel Shega, with the nickname 'Mercedesi'. But also other members of the gang, where each of them was connected to the head of the organization through a nickname that identified them during conversations. Here it turns out that the main promoter of these shipments was Marsel Shega, with the previous generals Bujar Shega, who seems to have had the role of co-financier and organizer of the transport.

As well as Marjus Lulaj, or otherwise Suel Çela, he also acted as a co-financier for the purchase of around 50 kilograms of cocaine, with the aim of trafficking it from Ecuador to Belgium and selling it on the European market.

On November 13, 2020 at 09:19, Marjus Lulaj (Suel Çela) communicates with Hajdar Lala, to whom he sends two photographs, showing several rectangular packages, pressed and wrapped in brown adhesive material, placed on top of each other, and on them a cardboard material with the red inscription 'MERCEDEZ, BISHA, 10-11-2020'.

From the way it was packaged and the context of the conversation, it is suspected that the photograph shows a shipment of narcotics, the quantity of which cannot be determined.

But again the cargo was delayed in boarding the ship.

And this is what Marsel Shega himself tells Suel Çela. Which further increases the concern of the person who ordered the quantity of drugs.

Meanwhile, suspicions are that part of the drugs belonging to 'Bujari' may have been stolen on the way, as the container had arrived empty at the port. For this reason, suspecting that the drugs could have been stolen, Suel Çela sends his associates two photos of the drugs belonging to the person named 'Bujari' and 'Bisha', which most likely after being stolen, may have been released on the market. And for this reason, he sends the photos with the stamps so that if it were to be released on the market, the drugs could be identified through the labels.

The doubts continue.

Meanwhile, Suel Çela promises revenge to Marsel Shega if it turns out that his drugs were stolen.

The strongest shadows of suspicion now fall on the people who were tasked with removing the drugs from the port.

From the context of this conversation, it is suspected that Suel Çela received confirmation from his interlocutor Marsel Shega that the narcotics shipment they were expecting to leave had just set off and would be at its destination within a period of 20 days.

From the conversations that Suel Çela has with his associate Gazmend Disha, who also has some of the cocaine on board, it is implied that the full load is 1300 kilograms.

And that Bujari had confirmed that the shipment had left in the morning, and that it would take at least 27 days to reach Belgium.

But while they were rejoicing that the holidays would bring them happiness, terrible news arrives for the drug dealers.

The cocaine they were expecting and which they thought had left the day before was seized again at the port of departure.

Which is also confirmed by the seizure acts held by law enforcement authorities in Ecuador.

The news about the seizure of narcotics was confirmed by Suel Çela and Marsel Shega himself.

Which seems very irritated, having lost another shipment within a short time, strangely enough, at the same port in Ecuador.
