Analyst Fatos Lubonja on the show "This Week" on News24 spoke about the case of Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku, while the Constitutional Court, after a 10-hour session, is expected to issue a decision.

Lubonja said that the entire impasse is political and not legal.

"The impasse, the deadlock is political and not legal. It is clear that this issue, I am convinced that it does not take 10 hours to decide here, These judges have had all the time to make a decision within the interpretation they make of the Constitution. 10 hours today is absurd. Politics is at play here and not justice. If these judges are serious, they have waited so long to throw the ball away. SPAK should have been clearer from the beginning. To request the arrest, and that it has made a decision to suspend from office is a problem that starts there. All of this shows the power that politics has over SPAK and the Constitutional Court. The main problem is the Parliament that is controlled by the majority, this delay is like the last resistance", he said.
