The constitutive session of the Kosovo Assembly, which started on August 6, has resumed. The session is being led by Speaker Avni Dehari, while 109 deputies are present in the hall.

It is reported that the situation was accompanied by tensions after AAK MP Time Kadriaj threw an egg at the acting Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, inciting a clash between all the MPs in the hall.

Despite the tensions and chaos created by the clash between parliamentarians, today's session has been called to consider only two key items on the agenda:

-Election of the President of the Assembly;

-Election of the Deputy Speakers of the Assembly.

-The election of the new presidency is seen as a decisive step to pave the way for the full constitution of the Assembly and the continuation of the creation of new institutions in the country.
