The Facebook page has gone down, while it is reported that the servers of the company "Meta" are facing problems globally.

The problems caused disruptions to Facebook Messenger, as well as the app and main website. Other Meta services, such as Instagram and WhatsApp, appeared to remain largely online despite using shared systems, although some products, such as the Instagram website, also faced problems.

Users were automatically logged out and never logged back in. Instead, they were presented with an error message stating that “an unexpected error occurred.”

Facebook's main website also showed a similar error. Visitors were told that "something went wrong" and that the company was "working on it and will fix it as soon as possible."
